What's the purpose of block off mirror plates?

Mirror block off plates - it's in the name! These are aluminium plates that are powder coated for a sleek finish, and they fill the hole left in the bike fairings when your mirrors are removed.

If I remove my mirrors, and don't get mirror block off plates - what happens?

It won't be detrimental - however you are leaving important components of your motorcycle potentially exposed which may cause damage from the elements.

Are they easy to install?

Blinkers are not as described. Took money and sent an email with a 2 month delay. When received they were not plug and play like advertised i had to have auto elec fit new plugs to suit bike

Hi Sam, thanks for the honest review. You're right in that the wait was longer than it should've been - we quoted 7-10 business days and it ended up being 15 due to the shortage on our end, and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Regarding the plugs: there are a small amount of Yamaha adapters that differ between the US and AU bikes. Whenever this is spotted, we get it corrected with NRC so it doesn't happen again. It is a rare occurrence, but in these situations, we encourage anyone to get in touch with us before paying for additional services, as it may be something we can resolve with NRC directly.
