We try our best at Fender Eliminators to supply our customers with a wide range of products and we pride ourselves on our customer service. Although we’re trying our best, sometimes we can make mistakes. We’re sorry in advance if this happens from time to time – we are a small team and are trying our best to provide the best experience possible for our customers.
We work closely with smaller scale companies that in rare instances may not have items available for purchase. We try our best to reflect this on our website, but we have a large range of products and sometimes an item is overlooked. In the unlikely event that you have bought an item that is currently out of stock – we will notify you straight away with wait times and other options available for you.
We deliver products all over the world, and due to this, it is impossible for us to remain up to date with the laws and regulations associated with all of our items. Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to check your local laws, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the items you are buying are legal in your area. Fender Eliminators cannot be held responsible for any fine, defect, or other issues associated with installing accessories that do not comply with your local laws and regulations.
We also strongly recommend all of our items to be installed by professionals. We cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage to yourself, others, and property from use of our products.
All products sold on our store are aftermarket motorcycle accessories, and are in no way affiliated with the original equipment manufactures. Our listed products are designed and manufactured independently by multiple brands, and are not produced, endorsed, or authorized by any motorcycle manufacturer. Any reference to OEM brands, models, or part numbers in our product descriptions is purely for informational purposes. It does not imply any affiliation, association, endorsement, or sponership by the OEM.
Change of Mind
Within 30 days we can accept change of mind returns, as long as they adhere to our conditions below.
We can accept items back for replacement or refund if they are still sealed in original packaging and in original condition - but you need to contact us first.
Items excluded from our change of mind policy are special orders (see below). Please note that the items will be returned at the buyer’s expense and need to be packed safely and securely prior to sending. We cannot provide a full refund if the items are damaged or incomplete upon arrival. Please include your order number on/in your return parcel. Providing us your tracking number and your order number will speed up the process of receiving your refund.
Items (excluding special orders) are eligible for a change of mind refund for 30 days after receiving the item. Once your item has been confirmed for refund and you are supplied a return address, you have another 30 days to send your items back for an eligible refund. All change of mind cancellations or returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you wish to exchange an item after the item has been sent, you will need to pay postage for the new item. If you wish to exchange an item, you can contact us through our store contact form.

Special Order Information
We will get in contact with customers regarding any wait times for special orders. Generally, these are exhausts that have run out of stock and are manufactured specifically for the customer. Once the customer confirms they are willing to wait, the item will commence development and cannot be refunded.
Discount & Clearance Item Exceptions
Items discounted or on clearance are unable to be refunded or returned once the item has been sent. Please keep this in mind when purchasing any clearance items.
