  Returns: We do not authorise nor accept returns on closeout/clearance items, special orders, or merchandise that has been installed, used, modified, painted or not in original new condition. Please be very careful when ordering clearance or special order items. Please check fit before installation. Payments for special orders are not refundable.

  All authorized refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted if you contact us at sales@bikemonkey.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your package. Once we authorize the merchandise to be returned, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number to be written on the outside of the package.

  Any product returning to Fender-Eliminators must be in its original, unused condition with its original packaging intact. All product contents must be returned in the original condition as well. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any returns that are sent without a return authorisation number will cause delays in correcting any issues you may have. Please contact us first! Shipping and handling /insurance charges are not refundable. Customer must ensure return shipping is included with signature of delivery option.
