Factory engine covers are prone to cracking during a crash. Having Womet-Tech's engine crash protection could be the difference between riding away from a slide, or being out for the day.

Womet-tech engine casings protect factory engine covers. They are made in the CNC technology with hardened block of aluminium 6061 T6. It gives them a very high resistance to abrasion – much higher than in the traditionally used carbon fibers and plastic products.

Precise adjustment of the shape of casings to the body allows maintaining the factory-production clearance. This kit installs on the left side of your Yamaha R7. In the event of a crash, the point of impact and abrasion is moved away from the engine cover itself.

Recessed hardware ensures that the bolt heads will not be damaged and you will be able to easily change the protector. When used in conjunction with frame sliders and engine sliders, the possibility of engine cover cracking, oil leaks, and debris entering the crankcase is greatly diminished.
