EU Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

This policy applies only to orders shipped to customers located in the European Union. For all other regions, our standard Returns policy applies.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal button/link available on your order confirmation email or in your account order history. You can also notify us by contacting us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order (your order number is enough, no reason is required).

We'll send you a confirmation of your withdrawal request by email as soon as we receive it.

Returning the goods

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. You'll need to cover the cost of return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service, since we can't process a refund for items that don't arrive.

You may inspect the goods as you reasonably would in a shop, for example, checking fit or fitment against your bike's specifications.

Products are required to be returned in as-new condition - the product box, hardware, and product all need to be returned in the same condition they were received. Removing the items carefully to inspect them against your bike is okay to do - however, products with wear, ripped up boxes, or any components missing mean the product cannot be returned.

Refunds

We'll refund you within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Delivery costs are refunded in full if the item has not been shipped.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for withdrawal under this policy:

  • Special order items - products made or configured to your specification (for example, made-to-order exhaust systems manufactured after you've confirmed you want to proceed).

I received the wrong item / there's an issue with my product

These situations aren't covered by the withdrawal window - please contact us directly and we'll sort it out, regardless of how long ago you ordered.
