This fender eliminator kit is offered in 2 styles:

  • Aftermarket mounts: Uses 10mm hole mounts to fit most after market indicators. Mounts spaced 160mm apart. (can be up to a 1 week delay to build aftermarket model)
  • Standard: Uses original indicators.

Optional: Add an ADR approved reflector and mounting bracket that helps you install a fender eliminator kit in a way that complies with state laws (in regards to rear number plates and reflectors).

R7 Tail Tidy FAQ

"You choose the size depending where purchased from" - what does that mean?

This tail tidy is designed with two different sizes - one suitable for number plates up to 200mm, and the other variant is suitable for number plates up to 258mm.

The different designs are to make sure your turn signals can be seen no matter how big or small your number plate is.

We'll have the correct size sent out for you, depending on the state (or country) purchased from.

Can I request this tail tidy in a specific size?

Sure! Once an order is placed, please feel free to flick us an email regarding the size you'd like, otherwise we'll determine the size based on state or country. We have information available from each state/country regarding how large their plates are.

In very rare cases, the information isn't available for some international countries - but we'll get in touch with you in these cases to double check sizing if this is the case.

Is this tail tidy for me?

The answer is: it depends. This kit comes in at a competitive price and gets the job done well. However if you're someone who is wanting to change their indicators from OEM down the line, it may not be the kit for you. This tail tidy only comes with either OEM indicator mounts or aftermarket indicator mounts - they can't be interchanged.

If you're wanting a good value, sturdy kit to get rid of the fender, this is a good one to pick up. If you're wanting something a bit more unique, we do also sell the New Rage Cycles R7 kit that may be worth checking out.

Is this kit plug and play?

Yes! The only electronic component of this tail tidy kit will be the plate light - but it's all plug and play.

A link wire will be included with each purchase, allowing you to simply attach everything together. Nice and easy, no electronic expertise required to install this kit.

I'm having difficulty fitting the stock indicators to the tail tidy. the rubber is now splitting on the indicator. I've tried everything to try and fit the indicators but its not happening. It's frustrating to purchase some thing and it fails.

Nicely made but a little to vertical for my liking so had to put a bend in numberplate to get a nice angle maybe a redisign with a angle would make more popular.
